Yibin, Sichuan - the "original city" of the Yangtze River. The Southbank district is the fastest growing district in Yibin and originally housed the Yibin Grace Group's textiles factory. The Master Plan facilitates the regeration of this important city district as an administrative, commercial, financial and recreational centre for the city.

 

The design has become much loved by all users and in 2015 formed the justification for the adoption by China's Central Government of a new national planning policy encouraging small block design,
