New CBD for Ho Chi Minh City

 

Principal author and land use planner coordinating the preparation of a Masterplan for a 930 ha, largely undeveloped site, and rich in natural vegetation.

 

The Masterplan creates a ‘state of the art’, environmentally sensitive Central Business District for Ho Chi Minh City. The plan advocates selective land reclamation and intense land use mix to create a truly unique city centre, responding sensitively and imaginatively to the south-Vietnamese setting.
