GoSW POOLE Single Regeneration Bid

 

Core team member involved in the preparation of a Masterplan for the regeneration of extensive areas of vacant and contaminated former port land. This included promotion of increased public access to waterfront, waterside housing, boat related industry, new ferry links, restaurants, shopping, marine technopole and holiday accommodation.

 

The proposals formed the basis for funding under the Single Regeneration Budget through the Government Office for the South West.
