Post Earthquake Reconstruction

 

May 12, 2008 a devastating earthquake, 8.0 Richter Scale, caused widespread devastation in Pengzhou, Sichuan Province, southwest China.

 

Pengzhou was one of the hardest hit areas and is one of the key development areas in Chengdu Metropolitan Area, Sichuan. The project site is a National Government priority site and is listed as a Post - Earthquake Reconstruction Project.

 

The Master Plan provides for a new city district and includes commercial, office, leisure, medium high rise relocation housing and public facilities, etc.
