"My Pleasure", a new residential community sensitively nestled within a beautiful, mature Mauritian landscape. The density of design and plot size provides for a spacious and green environment appropriate to the character of this area alongside River Des Pamplemmousses and within the “urban-rural” edge of town context.

 

The design, which is informal in structure, preserves all the mature landscape features of the site. A linear park meanders along the river corridor, linking well placed public open spaces and walking, jogging railways, and offering dramatic landscape view corridors to the beautiful mountain range to the south of the site.
