Sungai Liang Industrial Park

 

The Sungai Liang Industrial Park Master Plan reinforces Brunei's established oil and gas industry.

 

The Master Plan covers some 271 hectares of coastal frontage land and features petrochemical and various downstream industries, power plant and shipping jetty. The plan responds to the demads of global industrial proponents and included investigation into alternative locational options for an aluminium smelter which could not be accommodated on site. The study also included necessary Traffic Impact Assessment; Environmental Impact Assessment and Quantitative Risk Assessment.
